  • The Asst Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations. He/She will be responsible for all the interaction and coordination between partners, donors
Tasks and Responsibilities

The scope of work for Asst. Admin Manager will cover the following:

  • Support in managing systems to track and report program performance as per program designs, operational plans and donor commitment
  • Document and report the progress of all activities and programs
  • Support Gyanada to mobilize resouces for strengthening and improving impact of programs
  • Contribute to the overall development of innovative strategies in order to meet the objective of Gyanada
  • Update the database and share it with the donors periodically as per the stragetic plan
  • Assess the needs of the donors and partners and resolve if any problem is identified
  • Update the Gyanada team
  • Maintain accounts of administrative expenses and other expenses
  • Conduct periodic review with the partners
  • Prepare the annual report
  • Maintain calendar for donor reporting, newsletter and database update
Qualifications
  • Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Social Work or related fields
 
Minimum Experience
  • Minimum 0-1 years
 
Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to process an often- changing workload with multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to take initative and proactively identify solutions
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Ability to exercise discretion on confidential matters
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communicatios skils
  • Excellent command of Hindi and English
  • Excellect IT Skills
