Desired Job Profile
  • Collaborate with various internal functions to understand the Organization; content Praja creates and various published white papers
  • Manage the branding, PR, communications, marketing and content for the Organization on different communication platforms
  • Create and update websites and social media pages
  • Ensure all communication materials/content are as per goals of the Organization and in line with the overall communication strategy
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns and see end-to-end execution for mailers
  • Create photo posts and easy-to-produce formats/infographics to create engaging social media content
  • Monitor social conversations, respond when appropriate and alert senior management when action is required. 
  • Plan, Organize and Implement promotional events on social media; provide live coverage of events, including on weekends
  • Deal with enquiries from external stakeholders, the press, and related organizations if need be
  • Forge relevant partnerships that can help in content creation and distribution - Digital media channels, NGOs, influencers; key decision makers
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Edit and proof read content listed/developed on our portal.

Qualifications
  • Post graduate degree/diploma in Communications/ Mass Communication/ Marketing Communication or other related fields
  • 3-4 years experience in social media marketing, advertising, marketing, corporate communications, advertising agency or doing communications and media work in an NGO. Experience in offline and online media is a must.
Minimum Experience
  • 3-4years

  • Demonstrated project and process management skills
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing - platforms, advertising, tools, etc. 
  • Should be extremely independent, efficient, detail-oriented and passionate about social media marketing
