Desired Job Profile
  • The person in this position will document the entire process of a pilot programme called Samta Fellowship to nurture constitutional values for equity. Based on this documentation, final modules/content will be created for regular fellowship programme.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Document program achievements/ initiatives/activities.
  • Develop analytical case studies from the programmes.
  • Gather content from various sources and prepare required thematic collaterals.
  • Support campaigns in terms of process documentation / promotional content / presentations / social media reach
  • Prepare concept notes on various initiatives / events.
  • Meeting program team and partners in all States/Regions where CORO operates, on a regularbasis to identify important achievements, good practices/innovations/ case studies.
  • Assist in conducting small scale research initiatives in terms of documentation like summarizing research observations / preparing research reports.
  • Facilitate publication of various research documents / case stories
  • Translate different materials/reports submitted by field/program staff from Marathi to English.
Qualifications
  • Master in Communication/Media
  • Considerable Knowledge of social work/development sector is a must.
Minimum Experience
  • 3 years of experience in communication / documentation in non-profit sector
  • Experience in process documentation
Skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Hindi and Marathi
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate evidence-based research into clear, concise formats for the online and offline content materials.
  • Ability to write/develop reports/speeches/case studies/articles/PPT/analyze-data
  • Computer skills: MS Office /MS Publisher/ Designing/Editing tools), Social Media tools / online publishing.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.
