Desired Job Profile
  • The HR Officer is directly responsible for handling the HR Department. The core responsibilities would be Employee life cycle management, Recruitment, Performance management, Training and Employee relations. S/he will be responsible for implementation and consistent adherence of human resource policies and procedures. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing culture that promotes excellent communication, transparency and performance. This position would involve visiting Project Offices and Centres to meet staff and better understand ground level issues and act as a link between the management and staff.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall functioning of the HR Department
  • Maintain all Staff personal files and update records on a regular basis.
  • Complete the joining formalities and documentation process of the new hires.
  • Responsible for recruitment of manpower across all Projects and Head Office
  • Preparing draft agreement's and contracts for staff and external parties.
  • Will be responsible for driving Performance Management, Training and Development and Employee Life Cycle Management
  • The incumbent will be responsible for being the  link between the Management and the Staff
Qualifications
  • MBA in HR from a reputed Institute
  • Experience of atleast 10 years in a Generalist Profile at Managerial level is required.
  • Social Development sector experience preferable
Minimum Experience
  • Experience of atleast 10 years in a Generalist Profile at Managerial level is required.
Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must posses good computer and presentation skills
  • Must be conversant in English, Hindi, Marathi
