Job Description (Research Associate – Healthcare Solutions)
- Application of behavioral economics to incentivization of practitioners, providers and populations
- Health financing and health economics studies for sector reforms
- A key member of the health-care solutions team which will endeavor to use tools of finance and technology to solve issues of access and affordability in remote populations
- The position will be based out of Chennai but will require 10-20% travel, primarily in rural Tamil Nadu, India.
Skill Set/Educational Requirements (Research Associate – Healthcare Solutions)
- Preferably a post graduate degree/diploma in Economics, Business Management, Public Health. Those with specialization in health care financing or behavioral economics would be preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills in health costing.
- A good understanding of behavioral economics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
