The Executive Training effort of IFMR aims to build capabilities of financial market participants in order to realise its vision of complete financial services access for all. The Head – Executive Training will be responsible for designing, developing, marketing and executing training programs in the areas of Inclusive Finance and Financial Engineering. She/he will do so in conjunction with in-house subject matter experts and research centers.
Position Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for execution of Executive Training
- Marketing the training programs, particularly to online audiences
- Identification of faculty from within the IFMR ecosystem
- Post training analytics with regard to Training objectives and effectiveness
- Administrative leadership

Qualification and Experience
- Work Experience: 6 - 8 years in Training environments, ideally within a business school
- Education: Post-graduate in business management, human resource management, finance or economics.
