CCS's Office Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the entire office and the team. The key responsibilities include performing and coordinating the office's administrative activities and storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to the team members, trustees and partners.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other Indian languages a plus.)
- Thorough knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet and emails.)
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Tally or any other accounting software added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks – Telephones, stationery, travel booking, taking minutes and usually follows-up on deadlines related tasks.
- A patient listener and ability to translate conversations into records. Have methodical and systematic follow-up skills.
- Responsibilities include: managing front office, support in maintaining accounts, official correspondence, documentation, pay roll generation, database, stationery and materials stock, program organisation.
