Naandi works through internally trained Community Activists (CAs) who teach in primary schools from Grades 2 to 5.
Responsibilities for the advertised position include
- To provide support to the Community Activists (CAs) in Academic and operational matters to help them effectively deliver learning outcomes in Naandi centres
- To coach the Community Activists( CAs) by providing quality inputs
- To build good working relations with middle level school officials for smooth functioning of Naandi centres
- To build a broad support base amongst parents/communities towards education of children
- To act as a bridge between field force and management team in academic and operational matters
- To perform other activities and initiatives of the overall program
