DreamConnect Facilitator:

Dream A Dream (www.dreamadream.org) is looking for dedicated facilitators for its new DreamConnect program.

The DreamConnect Center is a colorful community space located in Koramangala, Bangalore where vulnerable young adults (aged 15+) can gain the tools and foundational life skills* necessary for career development and empowering them to make their own decisions for the future thereby enriching their life.

We are looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about engaging and building capacity in young adults from the underprivileged community. Motivated individuals who have previous experience in coaching, and are skilled in using various creative techniques to 'facilitate' the learning of enrichment modules for youth. A DreamConnect facilitator would help design as well as deliver a comprehensive curriculum encompassing a variety of lesson topics/modules including: IT/computers, spoken English, public speaking, money management, practical mathematics, and workshops for personality development.

Although this is a compensated position, we are looking for individuals who are truly motivated to work with youth and the underprivileged community. Availability on weekends required and language skills (Kannada, Hindi) would be useful.
