Remuneration
CFM believes in 'gainshare' and has created a system where all its stakeholders benefit from the growth of the organisation. Remuneration will be based on experience and negotiable. Working with us is not only challenging but also full of fun. We hire people who keep on asking - 'Why I am doing what I am doing?' At CFM we encourage you to continue learning throughout your lives, to act first with the head, then with the heart, to take risks and to give back, because we believe that each and every one of us can potentially change the world.
And that can only spell good things for all of us in the years to come.
