About the client:

  • Our client is a 25 years old social enterprise working for women empowerment

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with content development expert on curriculum framework, modules and activities to be delivered to beneficiaries
  • Assist content development expert in designing quantitative and qualitative assessment tools for projects
  • Developing a detailed training plan and conducting ToT for trainers responsible for program delivery.
  • Closely moni tor the performance of all trainers to maintain high quality of the program
  • Conduct periodic refresher on-site and off-site trainings based on observations during field visits.
  • Oversee the baseline, midline and end line assessments in collaboration with project head
  • Work on building capacities of program team as effective trainers.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Background in social science, social work or public health.
  • Must have at least 3 to 4 years of training experience
  • Experience with content development or curriculum design would be desirable
  • Familiarity with M&E and experience using M&E data
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Marathi with a good grasp of English.
  • Willingness to be based in Panvel or Karjat
  • Willingness to spend 50% to 60% time in the field.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment.
  • Sound computer skills, including the use of internet and MS office software
