With these tools in hand, the women we worked with brought the vision of empowHER India to life. empowHER India works in the areas of Sanitation, Clean drinking water, Education and Financial Literacy program. We now are expanding to Karjat Taluka.

Key responsibilities

1.    Work closely with content development expert on curriculum framework, modules and activities to be delivered to beneficiaries
2.    Assist content development expert in designing quantitative and qualitative assessment tools for projects
3.    Developing a detailed training plan and conducting ToT for trainers responsible for program delivery.
4.    Closely monitor the performance of all trainers to maintain high quality of the program
5.    Conduct periodic refresher on-site and off-site trainings based on observations during field visits.
6.    Oversee the baseline, midline and end line assessments in collaboration with project head
7.    Work on building capacities of program team as effective trainers.

Qualifications-
·      Background in social science, social work or public health.
·      Must have at least 3 to 4 years of training experience
·      Experience with content development or curriculum design would be desirable
·      Familiarity with M&E and experience using M&E data
·      Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Marathi with a good grasp of English.
·      Willingness to be based in Panvel or Karjat
·      Willingness to spend 50% to 60% time in the field.
·      Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment.
• Sound computer skills, including the use of internet and MS office software

Salary:
·      Rs. 4.2 lakhs per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
